Beverley in Bloom Needs You!
The wonderful Beverley in Bloom volunteers are asking residents to lend them a hand to help plant bulbs in preparation for Spring.
The group has organised three big planting days in November in specific locations:
Wednesday 1st November – 10am to 11am – Jubilee Garden (on the corner of New Walkergate and Railway Street)
Thursday 2nd November – 10am to 11am – Beverley Railway Station Carpark
Monday 6th November – 10am to 11am – New Walk (North Bar Without)
You don’t need to sign-up or register – just turn up at the events and get dug in! If you have them bring a trowel or hand-fork, a blub planter or a kneeler. You don’t need to have any gardening experience, but if you have any questions, you can call Beverley in Bloom chair Linda Freeman on 01482 862275
