A MESSAGE FROM BEVERLEY TOWN COUNCILLORS: During these unprecedented times, Beverley Town Councillors urge residents who need help and support to contact the East Riding of Yorkshire Council's official Coronvirus Community Hub - details can be found in the information below or click here.  Town Councillors would like to express their thanks to all those who are working on the front line and ask residents to follow government advice at all times - stay at home and stay safe.

TOWN COUNCIL OFFICE CLOSED: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Beverley Town Council office is currently closed.  If you need to contact us, please email clerk@beverley.gov.uk and someone will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and many thanks for your patience. If you need information about community support regarding benefits, housing, social services, bin collections, etc. please contact East Riding of Yorkshire Council on 01482 393939.

COMMUNITY RESPONSE HUB: A COVID-19 community response hub has been established by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and HEY Smile Foundation, which covers the whole of the East Riding and works alongside existing charities, voluntary organisations and community groups, as well as groups set up on social media platforms to provide coordinated help and support.  Click here for more information, including how to sign up to help the Hub.

‚ÄčTOWN COUNCIL SUPPORT FOR FOOD BANK:  Beverley Town Councillors have unanimously agreed to allocate a £5,000 lifeline to the East Yorkshire Food Bank. They are also encouraging residents to give further donations to match this financial amount, at a time when the Food Bank is working harder than ever to support vulnerable residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here for more information.

SKATEPARK: The Town Council Skate Park, located a the ERYC Beverley Leisure Complex, is now closed to the public until further notice. The police are keeping an eye on the site and have the powers to take action against anyone gathering unlawfully.
